Bonjour! Je m’appelle reena bee. J’habite a Portland, Ore. It’s green here, nice clean air, mountains, rain rain rain, bicycles galore, brew pubs, amazing coffee with a side of yummy cupcakes (see Saint Cupcake) or magical pasteries with raspberry frambois (see Pix Patisserie), Stephen Malkmus, The Shins, The Decemberists, Chuck Palaniuk and plenty of other strange and endearing sights.

I have an affinity for chai tea, fancy cupcakes, older indie rock, bicycles, fashion magazines, trashy celebrity gossip, nice cats, walking dogs, bangs, snail mail, postcards, drunk voicemails from friends, noisy house shows, smoke-free bars, the Crystal Ballroom, my best friend and all close friends–family included of course, sudoku, bad karaoke, nice sideburns, the movie Mannequin and (currently) Miranda July anything. The lady is pure genius.

And some things i’m not too fond of include ironing, the gym, reading directions,  eating fish, Itunes, Facebook and people who wear scrunchies (see below).
